Volunteer Applications

We couldn't put on these shows without the help from our volunteers and appreciate each and every one of you!   Volunteers are required to work one 8-hour shift, and by doing so, you will receive a complimentary weekend pass and an early entry pass to the show.  Camping and parking is included with entry, however due to the extremely limited space for oversized-vehicles (bus, RV, trailer, etc), a parking pass will still need to be purchased if you plan on bringing one.

Due to a huge number of volunteers not showing up to their shifts at the last event, or being intoxicated during their shifts, all volunteers will be required to purchase a ticket this year.  You will need to check in at the concession at the start of your shift, and check in again afterwards and return the radios, vests, etc.  While on shift, you are representing Party Pineapple Productions, and are required to remain sober and fully functional for the duration of your shift.  A couple drinks is totally fine, but getting visibly drunk or doing lines or whippits while on shift will result in your removal as a volunteer and ticket costs not getting reimbursed.  Similarly, if you don't return your equipment when you check out, or don't show up to your shift, you will not be reimbursed the ticket costs and won't be considered as a volunteer for future shows.  I should be able to refund you cash for your ticket purchase while on-site, after your shift is complete.

Please ensure you have a reliable ride to the event.  I will be out of service and too busy on the days leading up to the show to sort out coverage for people that can't find a ride.  This will classify as a not showing up to your shift and the ticket costs will not be reimbursed.
